BIO BASIC PD0435 PBS (Phosphate buffered saline), 100 ml tablets

Phosphate Buffered Saline tablets have been specifically developed for use in immunoassay procedures.
Reconstitution:
One tablet dissolved in 100 ml of deionized water yields 1 X PBS buffer. The final 1X solution contains: 2.7 mM potassium chloride, 137 mM sodium chloride and 10 mM Phosphate Buffer, pH: 7.3-7.5 at 25 °C ( 1 Tablet in 100ml water).
